Shore Leadership 2.0 – Class of 2023

Shore Leadership 2.0 was designed for graduates of Shore Leadership who want to learn more about leadership and reflect on their personal leadership journey. Shore Leadership Facilitators, Ms. Carol Graser and Joe Thomas, PhD lead the Shore Leadership 2.0 sessions. The program consists of three sessions. The first day is spent on the Psychology of Leadership. The second experience is a two day, overnight experience. The first graduating 2.0 class traveled to Tangier Island, examining the leadership on the island and the obstacles they work to overcome despite the environmental elements. The next morning the class focused on Leading a Multi-Generational and Diverse Workforce. The third and last session focuses on Deep Work and Attracting & Maintaining Talent for a Resilient Workforce.  Class members take time to reflect on their own leadership and how they can take care of themselves in order to be better leaders. Topics and activities may change each year. Alumni dues must be paid in full prior to acceptance into the Shore Leadership 2.0 Program.
