All applications will be held in the strictest confidence. Receipt of application will be acknowledged by email. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Please type or print all information. Please do not attach information other than what is specifically requested. All applicants will receive notification of any tuition assistance award/installment plan acceptance no later than March 1, 2025.

Program tuition for 2025 is $3,250, in addition to the nonrefundable $150 application fee. Please indicate what level of tuition assistance you are requesting and the source of the balance of the funds.

Tuition Installment Plan

Shore Leadership offers tuition installment payment plans for those applicants who indicate that extended payment terms are necessary to make program participation possible. All installment payment plans require a $60, upfront, non-refundable processing fee. At least 50% of the tuition fee must be paid by March 31 and full payment must be completed by July 31. All payments must be made timely. Should the program participant become past due, s/he will be required to make payment before the next program date following the due date of the payment. Program participants that do not meet this requirement will be dismissed from the program with no available refunds of tuition paid to date. Please indicate below the terms of your proposed installment payment plan for review and approval by the Board of Directors.
